I received damaged product and StewMac ignores or makes it impossible to make contact or to get any attention for their problems they cause for customers. I have been stuck with damaged product and lost a lot of time over the last two days and StewMac refuses to address the issue.

They just sent some dumb email about not reading the fine print. This is how most big companies get out of ever refunding a dime

They sell overpriced junk. The polishing pads scratch guitars completely the opposite of what your trying to preserve. Go elsewhere. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased a gift card for $850!!! I have not received my gift card!!! 3 emails for someone to call me back and nothing!!! this is absolutely ridiculous! No company should run not having a live customer service! I do not want to communicate through email! If i have to send 100 emails to get a call i will!!!

I filled order

Bank card has had a pending order change for 3 days. StewMac has a *** pour customer service process. Spent 15 mins. Trying to get in contact with a real person this morning, tried the email route only to be cut off by the site. I have sent hundreds if not a thousand or so with you. Probably will never spend another dime with you!

Missing products and delays in shipping

Order on 8th of December a month later still no package. Contacted stewMac and was told the package had been lost in transit.

Do an investigation and it showed it had not shipped.

I have a membership with free shipping included and it's not worth it.

They offered to reship after making a claim and then told me some of the items I ordered were not available. After negotiations they refunded me money on some items and swapped others.

Package arrived with missing items which had not been refunded if these items where not available I would have asked for a complete refund. The service is a joke and I have been treated like a fool.

The products I have brought from them in past have been scratched and damaged leaving me very dissatisfied if it was an Australian company all my items that I have purchased would have been taken back because of the quality. Be very weary if you are an overseas buyer because I actually believe thy off load seconds or returned items to meet their profit margins and to comply with their insurance requirements per year.

Website was very confusing. When you click on returns it doesnt open the tchat - which is where you eventually have to go. I am member who is supposed to get free shipping for returns. Ive sent info twice. Received a we received your message message but have never got the return postage to print out! Very disappointing

Attempted to place a simple order, with a stewmac gift certificate

I spent 1 hour to place a simple order and use a gift certificate. At first going through the requested process of using the not so helpfull HELP button I wondered why the "pissed customer category" I now understand why.

Nothing was resolved, it cost $46.00 to join a membership with recurring billing until cancelled which took more time to fill out the form and still need to cancel and like I said nothing resolved or answered. Literally a few minutes on the phone to place the order and use the gift card, crazy system, and know you want ME to spend more time to not only explain again what happened, but go through a rating of the process.

Ive been trying to contact Stewmac for the past week interested in purchasing a guitar building kit. After multiple emails with no phone response except for a form email that theyll responded in 24 hrsclearly they arent proactive with customer support. What may have once been a proactive company, has seemed to take a turn.
